Where applicable, consumers may also resort to the competent Alternative Dispute Resolution entity or consumer protection authority in the country where the accommodation is located.

For properties in Portugal, further information on consumer dispute resolution is available through the Portuguese Consumer Portal.

For properties in Panama, disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Panamanian consumer protection legislation.
